We have a partnership with Tidal Pools in Charleston, a top pool builder in South Carolina, for custom designed pool builds on Hilton Head. In partnership with Tidal Pools, our clients receive expertise from the design stage to completion of your project.
Design Process -What to expect:
The process starts with an included consultation to carefully listen to your pool desires, budget, and timeline. Feel free to bring photos and inspiration of other pool designs that appeal to you.
The design process includes a 3-D rendering of your backyard which allows us to recommend the shape and size based on your lot size. Some customers really enjoy pool material selection to customize your pool to perfection, as well as discuss hardscaping and landscaping options for your new Hilton Head pool design. The 3-D experience allows you to visualize it all together!
Construction Process - What to Expect:
After the design process, the construction process includes permitting, followed by excavation. A combination of steel rebar reinforcement is installed to form the pool’s shape and structure. Afterwards, gunite (a durable sprayed concrete) is applied and cured to create the pool shell. After the gunite is cured, the plumbing is run to the equipment location, followed by the installation of the coping and waterline tile around your pool. Next, the pool equipment and interior plaster are installed and the pool is filled with water. The water is balanced for safe swimming and soon enough… you’re cannonballing into your new pool!
The timeline for a finished pool is typically 12 weeks from the permitting process.
