Charlie Hardwick spent his career in investment banking, investing and growing businesses with positions as Vice-President at Lehman Brothers, Principal at AGW Capital Advisors, and Managing Director at FM Capital (to name a few.) Charlie earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania at the Wharton School of Business and his Bachelor’s of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.   

With his strong background in business, finance, and management, Charlie wanted to open a Hilton Head Island business that would combine his experience and his passion for people and conduct that business with excellence. Charlie loves building a business rooted in the community, a company culture of integrity, and is proud to call his customers’ backyard pools his office.
